CROWLEY - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2020 at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, 519 W. 3rd Street, Crowley, LA for Ms. Ruby Nell Tezeno, 74, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, LA. Interment will be in South Crowley Cemetery.

Rev. Sherod Joseph, Pastor of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service. Ms. Tezeno leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Rogers Tezeno, Jr. of Crowley, LA; three daughters, Yona Tezeno, Georgia Tezeno and Shavon Tezeno, all of Crowley, LA; two brothers, Clifton Thomas of Crowley, LA and Ovilla Thomas of Arnaudville, LA; three sisters, Beatrice White of Opelousas, LA, Bertha Thomas of Lafayette, LA and Betty Thomas of Crowley, LA; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ms. Tezeno was preceded in death by: her parents, Morris and Leola Thomas; one son, Mark Tezeno; two brothers, Elton and Nolton Thomas; two sisters, Lorisa Gallow and Linda Jones; and a great granddaughter, Delanie Tezeno. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church.
