Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 11:00AM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Terry James, officiating. Burial will follow in Lucas Cemetery, Mrs. Brown Public Viewing will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 1-6PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
