age 85, Native of Beatrice, Al and longtime resident of Mobile,Al died 8/16/20 in a local hospital.

He was a faithful member of New Light M.B.C in Mobile. He Leaves to cherish his memories 8 devoted children, Robert, Deborah, Anthony, Marie, Pamela, Cecil, Kathy and Leon Stallworth, Jr. 1 brother and a host of sister and brother in laws, grandchildren, great and great grandchildren other relatives and friends.

His remains will lie in state Saturday August 22,2020 from New Destiny Church( 5860 College Pwy) Mobile 36613 from 10am- 11am Life Celebration. I am truly sadden to find that Leon has passed from this life, however I believe that I will see him again in our next life when Jesus reunites us again. Leon and I worked together at the Mobile Public Library he was a true example of a man of God, always respectful and kind, I later learned that he was the grandfather of one of my nephews. I pray that God will give you all the strength to endure. Love in Christ Margaret Bishop East.
