Obituary For Abraham Coleman

Abraham Coleman 83, 0f 107 Hope Street, Chester, SC passed away on Friday August 21, 2020 at his home. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at 11: 00 am at the Chapel of King's Funeral Home, 135 Cemetery Street, Chester, SC with Rev. Cedric Boyd officiating, Rev. Nita Epps, eulogist. Burial will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens, Chester, SC. Survivors are, his wife, Gladys Smith Coleman, children, Reginald Coleman (Olivia), Derrick Coleman, Sr. (Carol), Jeffery Coleman, Michael Coleman (Tawana) and Erica Coleman (James), brother, Willie Coleman (Thelma), sisters, Edith Simpkins, Mildred Coleman, Mattie Williamson (Grady), Yvonne Taylor (Major), Tina Strother and Mary Coleman, 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dave Coleman and Mildred Lyles Coleman, 2 brothers, Leroy Coleman and David Coleman and a sister, Marion Coleman. In lieu of flowers , please make all memorial donation to Weeping Mary Baptist Church Building Fund, 4567 Road 99, Blair, SC. The funeral service will be private.

My fondest memories of and with Uncle Abraham include family gatherings filled with laughter and good times involving my father(Keith), my uncles', aunties and grandfather (David aka "Papa D").
