Obituary For Margaret Louise Bazemore

Saint Margaret L. Bazemore, 86, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Kelford, NC, daughter of the late Levy Johnson and Mary Bowden, retired from PA Department of Transportation, a faithful member of the United House of Prayer for all People of Harrisburg since 1974, where she diligently served as a dedicated usher on the United Sisters Usher Board and enjoyed working in the cafeteria until her health declined. In addition to her parents, Saint Bazemore was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Bazemore and two of her sons, Ronnie and Christopher Bazemore and leaves to celebrate her life, her daughter, Gloria J. Boozer of Rockville, Maryland; her son Edward L. Bazemore; her daughter, Gail Williams and son-in-law, Moses Williams; her daughter, Kinzah Rux and son-in-law, Nathan E. Rux; her daughter, Angelia Williams and son-in-law, Gaither Williams III, all residing in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; her daughter, Lesa Richardson and son-in-law, Floyd Richardson of Newport News, Virginia; her sisters, Alberta Hardy of Maryland; Evoria Ewell of Kentucky and Shirlean Burhannan of Georgia; her 10 grandchildren; her 14 great-grandchildren; her two great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved and cherished her dearly. Her life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 28 in the Sanctuary of her Church at 349 Reily St. with viewing from 10:00 until 1100 a.m. and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery. Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six Foot Social Distancing for all attendees. Arrangements entrusted to the Ministry of Comfort of Major H.
