Obituary For Mr. Willie Smith, Jr.

Mr. Willie Smith Jr, of Marianna, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 23rd at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He was 69 years old.

Willie leaves precious memories with his children, Sharika Murphy (Gary), Mary Smith, Sarah Smith-Orchard, Russell Smith, Jennifer Smith and Cortney Ross; special companion, Teresa O’neal Smith; a host of grandchildren; special cousins, Betty, Joann, Essie, Betty, Donna, Patsey and Valerie; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held Friday, August 28th, from 3-6p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel.

A Homegoing Celebration for Willie will be held graveside Saturday, August 29th at 11:00a.m. at Orange Hill Cemetery with Rev. Adrian Staley, Minister Johnnie Beachum and Minister Hardy Hill, III officiating.

Interment will follow with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
