Obituary For Ella Mai Hamilton

Ella Mai Hamilton passed away at Claiborne and Hughes Health Center in Franklin, Tennessee on August 23, 2020 at the age of 77. She was born March 6, 1943 in Williamson County, Tennessee to the late parents of Lillian Harrison and Jimmie D. McCullough. Mrs. Hamilton leaves to cherish her memories, daughter Vanessa Hamilton-Tucker; sons, Andre (Christina )Hamilton, Jeffrey (Shon ) Hamilton and Quinton (Micole) Lane; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Elder Carl (Linda) McCullough; sisters, Eugenia McCullough, Edna Utley and Elizabeth Cross; sisters-in-law, Florence Moore, Colleen Easter, Lou Ella Harrison, Hester Hamilton, Johnnie Hamilton; brother-in law, Edward (Rumella) Hamilton; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

*** Due to COVID-19 there is a limit of how many people can enter the chapel at a time but everyone will be allowed to flow in to view as well as speak to the family and flow back out to allow others the same opportunity. In order to enter the funeral home and the church for viewing you MUST have on a mask per new regulation for the funeral home. You are responsible for supplying your own masks as well ***

Mrs. Hamilton will lie in state on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 2 until 5 at the funeral home.

Visitation with family Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 11 until 12 at Lynn Creek Tabernacle, 117 Fairground Street, with funeral to follow. Elder John Haynes, officiating and Elder Eddie Shirley, eulogist; Interment Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Columbia, Tennessee.
