Obituary For Kenny Rendell Hicks

A limb has fallen from the family tree. I keep hearing a voice that says, Grieve not for me. Remember the best times, the laughter, the song; the good life I lived while I was strong.

Mr. Kenny Rendell Hicks, age 51, of Norlina, North Carolina departed this life on August 29, 2020 at his residence.

Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, September 6, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina.

Kenny leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Shirley Hicks of the home; two sisters, Syntha Branch (Alfonzo) of Norlina, North Carolina, and Sondra Hicks of Louisburg, North Carolina; one brothers, Gene Talley of Louisburg, North Carolina; two uncles, Phillip Hicks (Annie Mae) of Norlina, North Carolina, and Jerry Hicks of Manson, North Carolina; four nephews, Jarriett Hicks of Durham, North Carolina, Jarvis Hicks of Louisburg, North Carolina, Charles Tuck of South Hill, Virginia, and Edmund Branch of Richmond, Virginia; one niece, Natasha Hicks of Norlina, North Carolina; two very dear cousins, Arlene Hawkins, and Wilton Hawkins; along with a host of other cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.

There will be no public viewing for Mr. Kenny Hicks.
