Obituary For Debron LeKeith Phillips

Graveside services for Mr. Debron LeKeith Phillips, 42, will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Pastor A. G. McKinney will officiate. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020.

Mr. Debron LeKeith Phillips began his earthly life on September 12, 1977, in Talladega, Alabama to Ira Johnson Phillips and Susie Marzette Phillips.

Mr. Phillips was a member of Greater Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Talladega High School. Currently Mr. Phillips was employed with Industrial Machine and Supply. He was a member of AF&AM. When Debron was not hard at work, he spent his free time fishing, playing cards and spending time with his family.

On Wednesday, September 2, 2020, Debron began his eternal life. He was preceded in passing by his father, Ira J. Phillips; grandparents, Avis Beavers, Clara Bell Marzette and Robert Marzette; and a brother-in-law, William E. Dorman.

Debron leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Susie M. Phillips of Talladega, Alabama; one daughter, Alexis Samuel of Talladega, Alabama; two sons, Debron Phillips, Jr. and Amod Woodgett of Talladega, Alabama; one grandson, Octavian Kidd, Jr.; two sisters, Maple Phillips and Betty Dorman of Talladega, Alabama; four brothers, Arthur (Sherie) Phillips of Tampa, Florida, Donald (Gloria) Phillips of Talladega, Alabama, Ira (Pam) Phillips of Montgomery, Alabama and O'Brian Phillips of St. Petersburg, Florida; three aunts, Elizabeth McGowan of Talladega, Alabama, Flora (Freddie) McNeal of Camden, Alabama and Helen (Ed) Wallace of East Point, Georgia; his Godfather, Jerry (Viola) Alford of Vincent, Alabama; three Godsisters, Tamra Alford, Sherie Alford and Shemeka Alford; one Godbrother, Anthony Richardson; a God niece, Jacquelin Scott of Talladega, Alabama; his companion, Chamaka Shay Fowler of Columbus, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
