Obituary For Antwon Truesdale

Antwon Jamar Truesdale, 31, died Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Medical University of South Carolina at Lancaster.

AJ was born July 26, 1989 in Lancaster, South Carolina. He was the son of Willie James, Sr., and Judy Drakeford Truesdale.

AJ was educated in the Lancaster County School System. He was a 2007 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School.

AJ leaves to cherish his fond memories his parents, Judy and Willie, Sr. of Heath Springs, SC.; three brothers, La’Brandon Drakeford of Heath Springs, David Truesdale (Rodrica) and Willie James Truesdale II both of Lancaster, SC ; maternal grandmother, Daisey Drakeford and paternal grandmother, Dorothy Truesdale both of Heath Springs, SC. ; three aunts, Marie Cunningham and Monique Harris both of Kershaw, SC. and Darlene Truesdale of Lancaster, SC.; two uncles, George E. Drakeford of Heath Springs, SC. and Bryan Van Houston of Raleigh, NC.; many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted by Reverend Jerusha Gaither and Reverend Ricky Haile.

Viewing will be Saturday, 2:00-4:00 pm at Stewart Funeral Home.
