Obituary For Joshua Parker

Joshua Treymane Parker, son of Lue Ann Parker and Jabbar Sutton was born November 3, 1993 in Gastonia, North Carolina. He departed this life on Tuesday; September 1, 2020 at the age of 26, leaving to mourn his precious family and friends.

“Josh,” as everyone knew him, was a loving son, one of five brothers, an uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. To know Josh was to love him. He was full of life, and had an infectious smile that would light up any room. He loved to dress, listen to music, and was a huge Los Angeles Rams fan. But, what made him the happiest was being with his brothers, family and friends.

Josh was preceded in death by his oldest brother: Chester Parker and great grandmother: Janie Sue Adams.

Left to cherish his loving memories are his mother: Lue Ann (Anthony) Parker, father: Jabbar (Tameka) Sutton; three brothers: Shaquille, Bernard (Deonsha) and Demetrius Parker; step brothers and step sisters: Chris and Chelsea Bennett, Jeremy Moore, Wendell Moore, Jr., Ashley Hunt, Rashawn Hunt, Laquitha Hunt and Shapola Hunt; material grandparents: Reba Parker and Rev. Walker Parker, paternal grandparents: Lency Sutton and Rufus Sutton; step mother: Lucy Wade Sutton; his precious nieces and nephews: BJ, Cam, Nari, and Armani Parker and a host of special cousins and other relatives and friends.
