Darlean, also known as Momma #2, has been a part of my life ever since I was 4 years old (Almost two decades). Growing up, I was considered to be the "cry baby" out of all of my siblings and would always go running home to Darlene if I was ever hurt. She would give me a big hug, hold me, and tell me: "John Mark, it's okay to cry." I know right now she is looking down on me and telling me that exact same thing. All of the memories we made together were truly special. Whether it be: Spending time learning how to better praise God, Playing piano while she sang spirituals, Talking about the ladies in my life around the kitchen table, Learning how to write cursive as elegantly as her, Getting picked up from track practice, Going to McDonald's on hot summer mornings, Celebrating graduations, Getting picked up and dropped off at school, and, most of all, her holding me and telling me "It is okay to cry." Without Darlene, I would not be the person I am today. Her beautiful laugh, smile, and heart positively affected the lives of Jamie, Ashley, Dylan, Amy, Steve and so many more. We will forever remember the name of Darlean McCreary. Love, John Mark Morris

To our Dearest Darlean, We are so sad and heartbroken and will miss her dearly. She was another mother to our children, Jamie and John Mark, Ashley and Dylan. What a wonderful Godly woman she has been to all. We will miss her hymn singing as she cleaned our house. We cherish the memories of John Mark teaching her how to fish with a cane pole and Jamie taking her out in the boat. Darlean married our two families- the Forwood's ( Steve, Dylan and Ashley and the Morris' (Amy, Jamie and John Mark). Her service in God's world was remarkable, kind and loving. Her faith remains imbedded in our hearts. She molded us into who we are today. We lift her up in spirit and thank God for her being a part our Family and lives. Amy, Steve, Jamie, Dylan, Ashley and John Mark
