Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Dozier, of Decatur, will be held Saturday, September 12, 2020, 1:00 P.M. at Lincoln Cemetery, 2275 Joseph E. Boone Blvd. Atlanta, 30314.
