Mrs. Millie Alston, age 93, of Queens, New York (formerly of New York) departed this life Friday, September 4, 2020 in New York. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 18, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina

She was married to Floyd Alston and to this union was born six children. Jennie Taylor, (Jorge) Floyd Alston, (deceased) Wilbert Alston, (deceased) (wife Marylin) Debbie Alston, Ronald Alston & Albert Alston (Vivian) Over the years the family was increased by Seventy-five Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren & Great-grandchildren. She leaves behind her beloved baby brother Charles Davis and her Nephew John McDonald who was like a son to her. (He made always made the time to celebrate every birthday with her). She leaves a host of nieces & nephews who loved her dearly. She often would give them all words of wisdom if needed. She also leaves behind a beloved sister-in-law Sue Davis.
