LOGAN - Thomas MacArthur Logan a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on September 10, 2020. A private sunrise service by invitation only will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 6:15AM. Mr. Logan's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue. In compliance with the CDC in practicing social distancing we ask that you follow the following viewing schedule:

Our hearts go out to the family. As a former neighbor when Mack was in elementary school, we remember his loving and playful spirit as he played with our sons (Carlvis and Carlin). As a young man, we celebrated his success throughout the years. We know that he is loved by his family, extended family, and extensive friends. Although I didn't know Thomas personally I am a close friend of his sister Natella and had the pleasure of being in the presence of his mom Mrs. Rose several times. As they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Knowing and being around his family helps me to understand a part of who he was in life. I am deeply saddened by this great loss. Thomas was just an all around good person inside and out. He would give a stranger the shirt off of his back. I never heard him complain about anything.
