Yolanda attended Ashbrook High School and completing her education at Warren Harding High School in Connecticut. She was employed in Food Services, which allowed everyone to enjoy her gift of preparing healthy salads and other delectable. Additionally, she worked in the Home Healthcare Industry, assisting senior citizens with their daily living activities. At an early age, Yolanda became a member of the United House of Prayer for All People, where she attended throughout her adult life.
In addition to her parents, Yolanda was preceded in death by two sisters; Mae Robinson and Clara Robinson, and one brother Michael J. Anderson.
Left to cherish her memories: her daughters; Chandrika S. Walker (Nell) of Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany, Corisha A. Good, sons; Laverdon S. Craig, Tyerese C. Craig, of Gastonia, NC, two grandchildren; Braylon & Jaxson Walker, sister; Betty Jenkins, Louisville, KY, brothers; Elder Russell D. Anderson, New Haven, CT, Samuel T. Anderson, New Haven, CT, Willie Worthy of Gastonia, NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
