Troup—Graveside services for Mr. Roosevelt Franklin, 82, of Troup, Texas are scheduled for 1pm on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at New Hope Conglee Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Caraway Sr. officiating and Rev. Ernest Dews Jr. serving as eulogist. Public viewing will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 from 2-8 pm at the funeral home.
