Katherine "Ma Kat" Favors-Royal, age 87, of Athens, GA passed September 13, 2020.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the graveside of East Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Public viewing, Friday 3-6 PM, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, East, 186 Derby St, Athens, GA.

Survivors include: 5 children, Pamela (Al) Cameron, Brenda Royal, Helen Sims, Jackie (Frankie) Lane and Rossie (Ceronica) Crowley; siblings, Ralph (Geraldine) Favors and Edward Favors; one granddaughter raised in the home, Jennifer (Tracey) Royal-Jones; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
