Acie was a classmate of mine (class of 1964), I was blessed to see him a few years ago in Martinsville. We laughed and shared the good old days at Albert Harris High, specifically, the last football game (7-7 tie) at Langston High, Danville, VA. He will be missed. God's got him now and he's in a better place. Mickey Mitchell. Odenton, Md 21113.

As we journey through life, we meet from time to time someone who leaves a mark on our lives. That was Mr. Acie Sabb. Mr. Sabb taught me at Surry County High School, I believe all my business classes. He brought books and materials out of his own pocket to teach classes that Surry did not have in their curriculum during my time in high school; preparing me for college at Virginia State. He was a blessing. Praying for the family. Nancy Blizzard-Edwards (Class of 1979)
