The Lord is my Light and my Salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1

We pause her today, to pay our last respects to our departed son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, who departed this life on Friday, September 18, 2020, at his residence in Fairfax, SC.

William G. Lee was born November 26, 1977, the son of Verna Lee Washington in Hampton County, South Carolina.

William attended the public schools of Allendale County. He was a member of Nazarene Baptist Church, Fairfax, South Carolina.

"Pop" as he was affectionately called, loved listening to music and being among others was his passion.

Our loved one has been taken, but God has gained another angel. On Friday morning, William was called home to be with the Lord. peace comes to us knowing that he is not suffering with pain and hopelessness. As he enters his new life, he will be greeted with love from his Grandparents: Perstine and Clara Ritter Lee; (4) Uncles; Perstine Lee, Jr.; Robert Lee, Melvin Lee, and John Lee.

For those we love just don't go away, but yet they walk beside us each and every day. Unspoken, unheard, unfelt, but always near, we still love you, miss you and wish you was here.

Pop leaves to cherish fond memories: (2) Sons: William Lee Jr.; Killen, TX. and Xavier Lee, Barnwell, SC.; (1) Daughter: Shazora Lee, Barnwell, SC; His loving and Devoted Mother; Verna Lee Washington (Willie Joe) Smith, Fairfax, SC; (1) Grandson; Siblings; Edward (Frances) Washington, Fort Knox, KY, Rebecca (Willie) Moore, Barnwell, SC., Palicia (Michael) Owens, Gifford, SC., Dorothy (Reginal) Jones, Estill, SC, Mack Brown, Jr., Garnett, SC, Mack Fludd, Estill, SC, SC, Keith (Angela) Williams, Augusta, GA, Anthony (Jackie) Taylor, Barnwell, SC, Alma (Darnell) Brown, Philadelphia, PA, Anthony (Judy) Lee, Temple, TX, Brenda Lee, Williston, SC, Jenny Robinson, Allendale, SC, Rebecca Simms, Washington, DC., Sophia Brown, Estill, SC, Williams (Pat) Brown, Philadelphia, PA.
