Larry Barnes, Sr., 61, of Richmond, died September 19, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph B. Sr. and Shirley M. Barnes and one brother, Joseph B. Barnes, Jr. Surviving are his devoted ex-wife, Francine L. Barnes; two daughters, Shani L. Barnes (John) and Shandra D. Phillips (Tremayne); son, Larry Barnes, Jr. (Danielle); 7 grandchildren; brother, Ricky Barnes; father and mother-in-law, Al E. and Dorothy L. Elmore; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Monday, September 28 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 29 at Scott's Chapel, 115 E.
