She is survived by her husband, James W. Dowe, II of the home; one son, Jason Rodriquez of Baltimore, MD; two grandchildren, Misha Kraus and Sean Henderson; sister, Angela Bentine; brothers, Lawrence Bentine and Renee Bentine; stepson, James W. Dowe, III of Georgia; stepdaughters, Andrienne Bunch of Virginia, Joy Radcliff of New Bern and Monica Dowe of Matthews, NC
