William Carl Koonce,87, of New Bern died Monday, September 21, 2020 at his residence.
A private burial will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery with military honors.
He is survived by his daughter Jamilah Smith of the home; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
