Obituary For Ms. Ruth Barnes
Ms. Ruth Virginia Byrd Barnes of Blountstown, Florida, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 21st in Panama City, Florida. She was 95 years old.
She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on June 16, 1965. She faithfully served Jehovah for 55 years.
She leaves to cherish her memories: four children, Doris McGhee and husband Albert, Doreatha McKelvin, Patsy Johnson and husband Howard and Ellis Barnes; 29 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, beloved relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, October 4th at 1p.m. at St. John Cemetery in Blountstown with Eric Johnson, Jr. and Eric Johnson Sr. presiding. Interment will follow with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
