MRS. MARY ELIZABETH STALLION - Age 79, of Athens, GA, formerly of Kensington, GA, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020. She was preceded by her husband, Willie C. Stallion, parents, Viola Davis Shelton and George Edward Cheeks, Sr., brothers, George Edward Cheeks, Jr., and Charles H. Shelton.

She is survived by her loving children, Claude Cheeks, David Lamar (Tammy Evans) Marsh, Charles (Amanda) Marsh, David (Sarah) Marsh, Tara (Wesley) Burrison, Peggy (Darryl Clay) Stallion; stepchildren, Willie (Annette) Stallion, Carlos (Charles) Bills, Sandra Stallion, Gloria Hammonds, Joyce Grace, Febbie Stallion; sister, Ethel (Larry) Turner; brothers, James Shelton, Calvin Shelton, Willie Frank Shelton; aunt, Maude Davis; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins; dear friend, Rose Mary Jones, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Sunday, October 4, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Archie Jackson as Eulogist. She will lie in state Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Interment: Garmany Cemetery.
