PALMETTO – Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at New Pilgrim Baptist Church in Palmetto, LA for Ms. Krona A. Bolden, 45, who entered eternal rest on Friday, September 18, 2020 in Palmetto, LA.

Rev. Darrell Sampson will be officiating the memorial service.

Ms. Bolden leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Brenda Bolden; two sons, Ernest Bolden (Randisha Colla) of Port Barre, LA and Montel Bolden (Mariah Owens) of Dallas, TX; step father to her kids, Israel Doucet, Jr.; two aunts, Glenda Oliney of New Orleans, LA and Lynda Bolden of Prairie Laurent, LA; three brothers, Rickey Bolden of Port Barre, LA, Garrett Cummings of Port Allen, LA and David Cummings of Baton Rouge, LA; one sister, Ashanti Smallback of Kansas City, KS; special friends, Kim Bolden, Tonya Jackson, Chermaine Boagni, Jessica Thomas, Michael Gordon, Bernard Holden and the Doucet Family; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her father, Gregory Cummings; her maternal grandparents, Alma and Ernest Bolden, Sr.; and her paternal grandmother, Agnes Stelly.
