Obituary For Mr. Cleveland White

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Cleveland White, 70, will be held at 2pm on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Charles Johnson officiating.

Mr. White worked with waste management in Meridian. He leaves to cherish his memories, 3 sons, Jason White of Gary, IN, Cleveland White, Jr. of Seattle, WA and Clifford White of Las Vegas, NV; 2 daughters, Shelia White of Seattle, WA; 2 brothers, Clarence White of Marion, MS and Tom White of Long Beach, CA; 3 sisters, Carolyn Jefferson of Pittsburg, PA; Regina Andrew of Cleveland, OH and Glenda Lockhart Altman of Meridian, MS and 1 grandchild.

Due to the nationwide pandemic of COVID-19 there will be safety spacing at the funeral home during visitation and services. The indoor requirements listed by the Governor of the State of Mississippi and the Mayor of Meridian lists 20 people allowed indoors at 1 time and 50 allowed outside. Please govern yourselves accordingly.

Enterprise Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.

I remember Cleveland and his twin Clarence and Jun Bug in my front room dancing to the music !! We all watched and enjoyed them so much !!! I didn't know then that Cleveland would be my Husband ! My first marriage ! We worked ! We bought a house and were tighter 4 years ! We always remained friends and I will always hold those good memories in my heart !

Im his son jason, time goes by so fast. I remember. he used to be on the basketball court slam dunkin at kings park in the LBC. I had an athletic strong father. I know where I got my genes from , thank God

Fond memories of my cousin Cleveland White as I always call him Twin because I never could tell the difference between him and Clarence. Rest in Peace!
