James Herman McLain age 87 Of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on August 26, 1933 to the late John Diamond McLain and Essie Juanita Diamond McLain.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, October 4, 2020 at 2:00p.m. in White’s Family Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service in the chapel. Due to COVID 19 everyone is asked to wear masks. Burial is private.
