Obituary For Carol Kennedy

Carol Tharpe Kennedy age 74 of Conover, North Carolina transitioned on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. She was born in Henry County, Tennessee on August 2, 1946 to the late Robert Tharpe and Sadie Haynes Tharpe.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olin A.M.E. Zion Church in Newton. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. There will be a public viewing on Wednesday from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. at Ebony & White’s. Due to COVID 19 everyone is asked to wear masks.

Carol was a very great sister to all of her young sisters and brothers anything she could do for use she did she didn't let anyone pick on her sisters or brothers although she was the smallest one of us but she was the biggest in her heart I will miss Carol as we call biggy.
