JoAnn Cruz-Solano, 58, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 in Las Cruces, NM after a long illness. She was born on July 21, 1962 in Española, NM. JoAnn was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved her family and pets and enjoyed cooking and camping. She is at peace and free from the pain of her illness. She is survived by her parents, Alex and Ofelia (Montoya) Ramos; her children, Shelley Cruz-Solano & husband, Jesus Saenz, Alex Cruz-Solano, and Antonio Montoya; grandchildren - Samarice and Sarai Saenz, Emilio, Eliza, Lo’rena, Aubrielle, and Camden; and sister, Denise Ramos. Services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with a Rosary at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Celebratory Mass at 10:00 A.M. celebrated by Rev. Michael Williams.
