Alphonso leaves to mourn his father, Alphonso Simmons, Jr.; his loving Wife, Kimberly Peeks- Simmons; one Son, Jamison Peeks- Sykes; God-son, Amarti Poole; 2 sisters, Penny Ball and Adra Daniels and a host of family and friends.
