Obituary For Davon Dantral Maddox

Davon Dantral Maddox, 30, died Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Norton Audubon Hospital.

Visitation 10-12 Saturday at Burnett Avenue Baptist Church 6800 S. Hurstbourne Pkwy. Funeral services private. Burial Petersburg Newburg Cemetery.

Davon is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Evangelist George L. Trice, Glen A. Smith, and Chester Hughes. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Anthony Smith and Dawanda Maddox, daughter De’Leah McCadden; siblings Delvone Maddox and Da’Nisha Maddox; niece Amari, nephew Dallas, grandmothers, Theresia L. Hughes and Cassandra Lasley; and host of aunts, uncles, cousins and an extended family too large to count.

Sometimes we forget to lean on others when things are hard for us to deal with, but I pray through this that the family will call in, check on and stand with each other through this storm. May God continue to wrap His loving arms around each of you as Davon gets his rest with his Heavenly father. Safe in His arms.
