Derrick Johnson, Sr., 41, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. He was the son of Sis. Helen M. Johnson-Clinton and the late Bro. James Henry Johnson. He was born onJanuary 26, 1979 in Lancaster County, South Carolina.

Derrick attended Andrew Jackson High School.

Left to cherish his memories are his lifelong companion, Christina Dunham of Camden, SC; three sons, DymonniJohnson, Demarion Johnson, and Derrick Johnson, Jr., all of Camden, SC; four daughters, Kiaera Johnson of Rock Hill, SC, Josey Wyant, Chrissette Johnson, and Skylar Johnson, all of Camden, SC; his mother, Sis. Helen M. Johnson-Clinton of Lancaster, SC; one brother, Henry Johnson (Wendy) of Heath Springs, SC; two sisters, Lanvett Johnson of Rock Hill, SC and Katherine “Nell” Blount-Evans of Lancaster, SC and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew, a great nephew, and cousins.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2020 at The Church in the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostles Doctrine, Inc. by Bishop Joe C. Tisdale with burial in the church cemetery.

Viewing will be 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Stewart Funeral Home.
