Mrs. Phyllis D. Kiser, 69, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020 at 1016 Cherokee Avenue.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home Chapel followed by burial at Barber Memorial Cemetery.

Family will receive visitation at the home and other times at 451 Hemlock Avenue.
