Stephen J. Dabney, 63, of Washington, DC departed this life on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 in the Greene Funeral Home Chapel, 814 Franklin Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. The Viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m. and Celebration of Life will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Face coverings are mandatory as Social Distancing policies will be enforced.
