Williston, SC - Ms. Catherine Brown entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Williston Healthcare and Rehab. Williston, South Carolina. Graveside service for Ms. Catherine Brown will be conducted on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, with Reverend Norman O'Neal officiating. Visitation for Ms. Brown will be on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Simmons Funeral Home of Williston, Inc. & Cremation Service.

Ms. Catherine Brown was born November 14, 1932 in Williston, SC to the late Spann Brown and the late Beatrice Glover Brown. She was one of eight children. Six siblings preceded her in death. She rejoined Bell Pond Baptist Church when she moved back to Williston, SC from Rockville Center, NY, where she resided for over seventy years.

Catherine leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Larry Brown, Rockville Center, NY; a sister, Dorothy Reid, Williston, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and a special friend Tina from Rockville Center, NY.
