Obituary For Jessie Moore

Jessie Briggs Means- Moore age 84 Peacefully entered to rest on October 10, 2020. Jessie was the daughter of the late J.T and Ada Rice Briggs. Mrs. Moore was the widow of James Doulas Moore.

Survivors include: her daughters, Parthenia Means-Whiteside and Sedona Fernandes; her son, James Williams; her grandsons, Demarlos Lyles, Stanly Lyles, III, Tavalin (Edna) McIntyre; her granddaughter, Toni (Shawn) Campbell, Ruby (Tim) Williams-Foster and Jada Landrum; her nineteen great-granddaughters; her fifteen great-grandsons; her great-great grandchildren, Markias Willburn, London Darity, Parker Lyles, Madison Miller, Amari Brown; her two sisters, Elsa A. Jackson and Eathelle (Michael) Huey; one brother, Willie E. Briggs; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. She was predeceased by: one sister, Julia M Martin; two brothers, Robert L Briggs and Stanley E Briggs; and one grandchild, Jasmine Campbell-Mckinney.

Graduate of Lincoln High School, Fairforest, SC, Class of 1954.

She retired from Cooper Standard Products and Prym-Dritz in Spartanburg SC.

A Celebration of the Life of Jessie Moore will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Divine Direction.
