Mother Hazel Dobbs, age 98, of Villa Rica, GA died on October 12, 2020. A service will be held on Friday October 16, 2020 at 1:30 PM at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Carrollton Chapel, 602 Newnan Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117, Pastor Regynal Eppinger. Interment will follow in Flat Rock Cemetery.
