We met and became friends in Junior High School. Life put us on different sides of the continent. You on the west in California and I on the east in Virginia. Phone calls kept our friendship going. Life bought us home again in MS. Our friendship has lasted over 40 years. I'm grateful for our friendship and I'll always have memories. Rest now my friend. I'll truly miss you. Jackie

When I moved to California in 1983, God blessed me by placing me in the presence of Fanny and Ricky Sutton. Fanny became my sister as my family was in North carolina. She taught me so much about life and especially about cooking. My food was bland and unseasoned. She taught me to add spice to my food and to my life. I will never forget her or her beautiful family. On behalf of the Pratt family in Vass North Carolina our deepest and sincerest condolences. May she rest under the wings of our Lord and savior. I Love you, Vernetta

I met Fannie several years ago through another friend. I didn't know just how much a part of my life she would grow to be, but it didn't take me long know that I was blessed to have her in my life. Every morning almost without fail, I received a phone call from her, asking about my night and letting me know about her evening. Most important, she always without fail, asked about my mom who is 95 years old with dementia. I loved her for that, and my mom loved her too. Fannie was the most caring person, and very sincere . It seemed she thought of everyone before herself. She was a good person and I miss her dearly. I love you Fannie
