Blessings to you and your family. I played football with Mike at Fayetteville State. Mike always said he got me recruited to FSU. He was a heck of a role model for this freshman from Rocky Mount and I was not going to let Michael Wright down. This story like many others could fill a few pages. But my point is I am thankful to have known him and been on the team. Including the staff of the Stallions. I pray that the peace of God will cover you and his fruits are bountiful. Because we have a great and awesome God. Regards, David Jones

Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. In the path of righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death.
