Obituary For Minnie Vail Williams

The funeral services for the late Mrs. Minnie Vail Williams of 148 Shealy Circle, Ashburn, Georgia, who departed this life on Friday, October 16, 2020 at her residence,will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Westview Memorial Cemetery in Ashburn, Georgia. Words of Comfort will be given by Pastor Terrence Singleton. Services will be streamed Facebook Live from the Shipp's Funeral Home Facebook page.

Mrs. Minnie Vail Williams was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Johnny and Bell Favin Vail on March 28, 1932 in Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Mr. Isaac Williams. Minnie made Ashburn, Georgia her home. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother.

Minnie was loved by family and friends, but God the Almighty loved her best. On Friday morning, October 16, 2020, Mrs. Minnie Williams was called to the heavenly afterlife at her home in Ashburn, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Alma Sealey

Minnie leaves to cherish her memories ten children, Retha (Dwight) Devaugn of Fort Lauderdale Florida, Valerie Williams, Cynthia Johnson, Greta Williams Dunnum, Cynthia (Frederick) Smith, Diane Williams, Isaac (Elge) Williams, Bobby (Dorothy) Williams, all of Ashburn, Georgia; Dorothy (Gerald) Holmes of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Willie (Merlin) Williams of Villa Rica, Georgia, twenty-two grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren; a devoted sister, Mrs. Pauline Vail of Hinesville Georgia, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
