My deepest condolences to the family of Annette Fults. I will remember her as a calm, compassionate person with a silly side. Some of her stories would make me double-over with laughter. Annette and I worked together for 14 years. She was good at handling difficult situations with patients and beyond what was necessary; she would often go to the office on her off day.
