Obituary For Jermaine A. Handford

Jermaine A. Handford was born on August 7, 1982, to Maggie Lee Handford and was a native of Moss Point, MS. He entered into eternal rest on October 20, 2020.

Jermaine is known to many as “Butterball” and he was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Jermaine was a graduate of French Camp Academy High School in French Camp, MS, and alumni of the 2000 Class at Moss Point High School. He was also a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Jermaine also known as “Kontagious “ was a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Jermaine was preceded in death by; maternal grandparents, John D. Handford Sr. And O’Libbie Harris Handford; two aunts, Elizabeth Forrest and Betty A. Gaines; two uncles, John D. Handford Jr. and Raleigh D. Harris Sr. ; and one adopted sister, Breleana Bell.

The viewing is from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 31, 2020, at the Robinson's Friendly Funeral Home Chapel located at 4301 Main Street Moss Point, Ms. 39563.

Afterward, a 1 pm graveside service will be held at the Macphelah Cemetery located in Pascagoula, MS.
