Mr. Patrick Loray Gaddis, Sr. was born on May 8, 1974, to the union of Willie G. Gaddis, Sr. and Annie L. Hill Gaddis in Talladega Alabama.
Mr. Gaddis committed his life to Christ and united with Sycamore Missionary Baptist Church. On his Christian journey, Patrick served as a deacon, was active with the youth department and a member of the pastor’s aide committee. Patrick was a graduate of Lincoln High School and continued his education at Ayers Technical College where he became ABB certified in air condition/refrigeration. He dedicated 19 years of service to Honda Manufacturing of Alabama. In his free time, Patrick enjoyed painting, dancing, cooking, coaching and spending time with his family. On June 18, 1994, Patrick and the former Shalonda Dothard were united in holy matrimony.
On Thursday, October 29, 2020, Mr. Gaddis answered the Master’s call at Citizens Baptist Medical Center. He was preceded in passing by his mother, Annie L. Gaddis.
Cherished memories will forever be in the hearts of his wife, Shalonda D. Gaddis of Talladega, Alabama; two sons, Patrick L. Gaddis, Jr. and Gavin Miller-Wells Gaddis of Talladega, Alabama; his father, Willie G. Gaddis, Sr. of Talladega, Alabama; one sister, Tiffany (Kelvin) Hill of Lincoln, Alabama; two brothers, John Bernard (Maria) Gaddis of Morgantown, West Virginia and Willie George (Brynetta) Gaddis, Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama; special friends, Sharon Beck and the Beck family; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
