Obituary For Deborah Anita Carter

Deborah Anita Carter was born on August 22, 1949, in Pascagoula, Mississippi to the late Grover Carter, Sr. and Mattiel Carter. She transitioned on October 29, 2020.

Deborah graduated from Magnolia High School in 1967. She attended Alcorn State University briefly before moving to New York and settling in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Deborah worked at New Jersey Bell and Fed-Way, Inc. as a customer service representative for many years. She returned to Moss Point, MS where she worked and retired from Lowe's.

The viewing is from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the Robinson's Friendly Funeral Home Chapel located at 4301 Main Street Moss Point, Ms. 39563. A memorial service follows beginning at 1 pm.
