Febbie I meet you in 1992 when you started working at NRC you were a good friend and I will always cherish the memories of you. Rest in heaven and you now have join your husband. Love you Alice Shepard

I met Febbie in 2009 at the NRC and she was one of the kindest, sweetest persons you could ever meet. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and befriend her. I never had the honor of meeting, Mrs. Martin, but I love her daughter, she's good people. I know at least half of that was because of her mother. I send my sincerest sympathies to the Martin family.
