Obituary For Patricia Glover

Patricia Glover was born in Gaston County, North Carolina on December 17, 1954 to the late Jessie and Mary Wallace Glover. She transitioned on Wednesday; November 4, 2020 at Atrium Health Lincoln in Lincolnton, North Carolina.

She was a very sweet, humble, loving and friendly person. She was always very happy and upbeat all the time. The least little things made her happy. She was very social, funny and smart and loved to walk around the house and spoke to everyone daily no matter who it was. She was a very hard worker and loved learning new skills at the house and at the Day Activity Center.

She had a very good memory and remembered every one’s names and their family names. Patricia asked about everyone and loved to help in any way she could. Her favorite sayings daily were-”How you doing,” “Are you staying with us today,” “What’s your name” and “What we eating today.”

She looked forward to her newspaper daily, listen to music, watch TV (Soap Opera, drama shows and basketball games), getting her hair done by staff and rock in her rocking chair. Her family, staff and housemates were important to her and she loved to go to church. Patricia loved to go out to eat and her favorite food was hamburger, fries, and a diet coke.

Patricia was the life of Turner 5 group team and she will be missed from the RHA family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: John, James and Jesse Glover and her sister: Mary Glover Jernigan.

She leaves precious memories to her brothers: Charles Glover (Sandra) and George Glover (Retha) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service: Tuesday; November 10, 2020 at Gregory Funeral Service Chapel at 3:00 p.m.

Masks are required and will be live on Gregory Funeral Service facebook page beginning at 3:00 p.m.
