Fella, those special memories of you during my childhood and growing up will always bring a smile to my face. As we grow up, even if we don't see each other, those memories always keep us in touch. Your memory is our family, the Wilburns' keepsake. Cynthia Wilburn, Phila.Pa.

Eddie, I remember when you use to call and check on your Aunt Alice (my Grandmother) and how excited she was talking to you and the time you organized the Georgia family trip to Philly to surprise my Grandmother on her birthday; she talked about that forever. That showed me how much you loved your family near and far. Thank you for the great memories. May you rest in heavenly peace. Peace & Love, Cousin Tanya Winder

My Dear Uncle..... Uncle Ed was one of my favorite persons to be around. Every time I would see him I would say: "Unc tell me a good joke!!" Like a unending source of water he would always have 2 or 3 ready to go. Unc was a very happy man. Very intelligent, Caring, Thoughtful, Loving, Joyful, Humble and Selfless. Certainly, these are all the qualities that Our Dear Heavenly Father Jehovah expressed that we need to Cultivate in order to be in good favor with him. Unc nurtured these qualities and taught them to younger ones like myself. I can't wait to see you again after Jehovah God's promised resurrection. You'll be growing to perfection and I could only imagine how good your "Good Jokes" would be then!!!

Fella, you were such a kind, loving, caring person who gave us lots of family love. Your tireless efforts to make sure our family reunions continued will certainly stay with us for many years to come. To know you was to love you. Ecclesiastes 3:1 tells us..."To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven." Your purpose has been fulfilled here on Earth so God called you home to take your well-deserved rest. Love and miss you, your cousin, Brenda Wilburn-Williams

My uncle was a very loving and passionate person when it came to his family, he was always available to help anyone in need. He insisted on keeping my one and only son, he treated him as if this was his son, they went everywhere together, there favorite spot was Walgreens, shopping the deals of the day. He will truly be missed with all his jokes and love, but I hold out for God's promise in Revelation 21:3,4 and John 5:28,29, John 11:25.

My favorite childhood memory..he would hold a belt in his hand and would say to my sister Brenda, cousin Ronnie, Earnell and me.."The belt is going to wail tonight! We would laugh so hard because we knew this was his way of displaying Love to us I will miss our conversations of checking on each other....Fellar I will miss you immensely...May you Rest in Sweet Paradise with our Lord and Savior Love you Always....Aleshia Dianne Wilburn-Thomas
