Graveside services Victoria Burton, 84, of Duncan, MS will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 at First Baptist Cemetery, Duncan, MS, under the direction of Johnson and Scott Mortuay,Cleveland. She died Sunday, November 8, 2020 at her home.

Visitation will he held Friday, November 20, 2020 from 2-5 PM at Second Pleasant Valley M B Church, Duncan, MS.

Rev. Frederick Burtpn will officiate.

My grandma was like no other grandma! She was sweet, kind, playfully funny! She was the peak of my family heart! She held us together as a family should! My grandma had a beautiful and loving soul! She would give the shirt off her back to anybody that was in need ! She would feed the hungry and Clothed the less fortunate. You never prepare yourself losing someone you thought would live forever! She was the best grandma in the world and I wouldn't have changed a thing! Your final days I was so worried and scared because you never got sick besides a common cold ! Everything happen all of a sudden and we wasn't prepared ! I truly miss your loving spirit and you'll forever be missed and celebrate! There was no other like you! 😇😢 LOVE CHAN

Mrs.Burton was a very sweet and kind lady. When I met her I just fell in love with her and all her family. My heart really goes out to them and I am truly saddened by her passing. She is gone but never forgotten and will be missed so much by all who know and love her. RIP mrs.Gic.

Praying for my husband, Keon, and the rest of the Burton family as well as myself. My favorite memories with Grandma Gic was going to her house and listening to stories she would tell me from her younger days. Never a dull moment with her. Also, a favorite funny moment, when Keon and I started dating in 2008, she asked "what are your plans with my grandson. You ain't trying to hurt him are you."Lol.
