A private service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020. Burial is 9:30 AM Sunday, November 22, 2020 at New Bern Memorial Cemetery

She is survived by her sons, Michael Moseley Bell, James Bell, Jr. and Earl Howard; daughters, Regina Moseley-Mitchell, Rhonda Bryant, Lucy Moseley Bell, Florence Ann Moseley-Bell; her brothers, Robert Moseley and John F. Bryan, Jr.; two sisters, Donna K. Fisher and Kathy B. Grate.

Masks are required.
